To cater to the need for more streamlined and rapid parameter adjustments, we introduce the NPB-450-NFC series: a 450W intelligent charger integrated with near-field communication (NFC) technology for patent-pending wireless communication in close proximity.

The NPB-450-NFC builds upon the foundation of the original NPB-450 series while preserving the majority of its functionalities. The primary distinction lies in its simplified and accelerated method for tweaking charging parameters. Leveraging the MEAN WELL app on a smartphone, users can effortlessly adjust charging settings via NFC, regardless of whether the charger is powered by AC or not. In contrast to the NPB-450, which necessitates linking to a computer through the SBP-001 programmer for configuration, the NFC-enabled model offers a straightforward and hassle-free approach to parameter setting.

This NFC variant obviates the need for an additional SBP-001 programmer and eliminates the use of communication cables, thereby enhancing usability and trimming costs. Furthermore, this product has attained IEC/EN/UL62368-1 information class safety certification, guaranteeing safe operation.
