In order to consistently offer more standardized power supply products, boost product competitiveness, and broaden the scope of applications, MEAN WELL has acquired the IEC/EN 61558 certification for the LRS-200/350/450/600, RSP-200/320, and UHP-200/350/500 series. These power supplies are suitable for various industrial control applications under the IEC/EN 61558-1 safety standard, including instrumentation, energy storage, power charging, as well as home and building automation systems. By adhering to the IEC/EN 61558-1 standard, MEAN WELL not only expands the application range of its power supplies but also facilitates system integration and certificate application tailored to customers' products.

Furthermore, the LRS-200/350/450/600 and RSP-200/320 series have been upgraded to Overvoltage Category (OVC) III (4 KV), featuring industrial-grade insulation resistance and withstand voltage. This upgrade reduces voltage conversion costs and aligns with safety insulation design principles, making it easier to integrate with customers' equipment and minimizing environmental constraints.
